Document Coordinator required for an ongoing role in a large internationally renowned FM company located in the centre of London.
All applicants must be available to start work ASAP
This role would ideally suit applicants who have a background in administration, FM admin and/or document coordination experience within the facilities management, building maintenance or construction industries.
- £20.50 ph (PAYE - weekly pay)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Days Monday to Friday
- Flexible start and finish times (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm or 10am -6pm etc)
- Hybrid role - all candidates must be happy to work from home and at the office
- Job starts immediately
Main Purpose Of Role:
Collating and collecting physical and digital documents, work orders, maintenance reports, historical records, service reports and other digital and physical documentation related to building maintenance and facilities management operations.
All Applicants must have the following:
- Administration experience related to facilities management, building maintenance or construction
- Document coordination experience
- Experience in collating documents
- Confidence in using IT systems
- A willingness to work in central London
- Very good administration experience
- Available to start work as soon as is possible
£20.00 ph - days - Monday to Friday -37.5 hours per week - flexible start and finish times -Hybrid role
Job starts ASAP and will be ongoing with a very good opportunity for a permanent contract after a minimum 12 week period.
