Document Reviewer Pension/Insurance

On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, AMS are looking for a Document Reviewer (Pension/Insurance) for a 6 -month contract based in Edinburgh with a Hybrid working model.

Purpose of the Role:

In this role, you will be part of the Actuarial Documents Team (ADT) within the Actuarial Partnering & Technical Services team (AP&TS) which is responsible for ensuring that contractual policy documentation is accurate, clear, and not misleading for both existing products and newly launched products.

As a Document Reviewer you will be:

• Completing BAU activities - for example, reviewing and signing-off product literature items that are sent to the mailbox.
• Providing input and knowledge to other business areas on legacy products and literature.
• Involved in changing literature/outputs to remain compliant with regulation/legislation. This will possibly involve liaising with representatives from Legal, Risk and Propositions.
• Involved in the testing of new customer outputs as part of a product launch, especially contractual documents such as the policy schedule and policy endorsements.

What we require from the candidate:

• Experience of insurance Life & Pension products. Previous experience of working with customer outputs/literature is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with other business areas.
• Ability to convey complex product features in terms customers can understand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work to tight timescales.
