Tasks you'll tackle with finesse:
- Provide high-level customer service to our discerning clientele, ensuring their experience aligns with our luxury brand standards.
- Perform breed standard grooming with precision and efficiency, ensuring each pup leaves looking and feeling their best.
- Manage grooming appointments within a reasonable timeframe, maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with our team of assistants to share job loads and provide excellent service to our furry clients.
- Embrace regular studio duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining a safe environment for all.
- Engage with our grooming academy, participating in ongoing training and skill enhancement opportunities.
- Get to know all aspects of our business, including our day-care facility, fostering a cohesive team environment.
