Dog Grooming Assistant and day care helper

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Grooming Assistant to join our team. As a Grooming and Daycare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and grooming services to our furry clients in daycare. Responsibilities:
- Assist groomers with bathing, drying, and brushing pets
- Trim nails, clean ears
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area and day care centre
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pets during their visit
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Handle cash transactions and process payments

Experience

- Strong understanding of animal behavior and handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
