Domestic Appliance Engineer - South East £30K - £36K

We are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team in London / Essex and Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and maintaining a variety of Domestic Appliances, including but not limited to washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, and dryers. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our clients' appliances.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs on a wide range of Domestic Appliances.
Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to prolong appliance lifespan.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding repair status and recommendations.
Keep accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and service provided.
Stay updated on industry developments and new technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Domestic Appliance Engineer
Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various Domestic Appliances.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Valid driver's license
Relevant qualifications and certifications are advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
