Equans is looking for a Domestic Assistant supervisor to join our team in EDF Torness, Dunbar, EH42 1QS on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Manage, lead and supervise a team of Industrial Operatives whilst delivering high standards,

Who are we looking for?
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred, but not essential.
• Good people management skills, self-motivating and good communication skills to allow successful delegation for cross functional service delivery.
• Good level of verbal, written, numerical and PC skills to desirable.
• Experience in the Industrial Field Preferred.
• Experience of managing contractors preferred, but not essential (training given).
• Driving Licence is desirable.
• On site Safety Rules training is a requirement (Training given).
• On site Field Supervisor Training preferred (Training given).
• An advance knowledge of health and safety requirements in a similar environment is essential, particularly in the use of hazardous substances and their controls.
• Experience of risk assessments / method statements would be preferred (training given).
