Domestic cleaner/cleaning assistant job description

• Provide a household cleaning service to clients and employees of the Company in accordance with the SOPs and customer service standards. 
• Clean to sanitary standards while adhering to work processes that encompass all quality requirements established by the customer and conducting environmental audits.
• Cleaning floors, surfaces, furniture, and associated equipment both manually and with the aid of machinery while knowing and following work schedules and SOPs.
• As instructed, empty, get rid of, and replenish household and clinical trash. Also, make sure the garbage is disposed of properly.
• Make sure that all tools and supplies needed for cleaning operations are kept in a clean, safe state, and alert the team leader to any changes in inventory levels or equipment appropriateness.
• Make sure that when doing personal duties, strict standards of cleanliness and infection control are upheld.
• Make sure that every work is completed in accordance with the rules and procedures of the customer, the trust, quality, health, and safety.
• Be a complete team member by helping and training other employees, attending team meetings, and working flexibly as needed to fill in for other team members.
• Performing additional ad hoc tasks as directed by the management and in the range of your abilities.
