About the role:
A fantastic opportunity to join a multi-award-winning provider. The service is well established and performing well, paving the way for continued growth and expansion within the group. With a dedicated and passionate team, you will lead the service in maintaining their excellent CQC rating and delivery of exceptional care to clients across the Lowestoft area.
You will be responsible for the continuing to support and develop your team maintaining a supportive and friendly culture promoting excellence in performance. You will provide induction and training for new starters and monitoring ongoing performance appraisal and mentorship to ensure the highest quality care. You would be integral to growing the client base, undertaking initial assessments to determine the care needs of the individual and ascertain whether they can be met by the service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all clients have a person-centred care plan meeting their needs and wishes. The Branch Manager is responsible for safeguarding concerns and investigation, and you will be required to ensure ongoing assessment, audits and spot checks are completed so that the service can continue to achieve compliance and exceptional levels of care.
About You:
- Experience as a Branch Manager within a domiciliary environment
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Demonstrable and up to date knowledge of the social care sector and the social care regulatory framework
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ability to promote the branch and build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders through excellent customer service and positive communication.
- A willingness to drive change and the ability to lead and empower a team alongside senior leadership.
- Ambitious with the desire to support the growth and development of the service
- Driving Licence, own transport desirable
