Salary- Travel to clients' homes within a designated area to provide care and support services
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support
- Attend training and development sessions as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Care Worker or in a related field
- Must drive and have access to own vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
