As a Door Person, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming first impression for our guests. Your friendly demeanor and commitment to service excellence will contribute to memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive to departure.
Salary: Up to 21,840 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and bid farewell to guests.
- Provide assistance with luggage handling and valet parking services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's frontage to the highest standards.
What we expect our Door Person to bring:
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken English.
- Distinctive, professional, and warm personality.
