Are you an experienced Data Processing professional with a passion for driving efficiency and leading teams to success? Our client, a leading player in the market research industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a DP Manager.
**About the Role:**
As a DP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Data Processing team, collaborating closely with Operations, Research, and Client Service departments. Your role will involve ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality data analysis outputs while driving efficiency and automation efforts within the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead the Data Processing team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand needs and priorities.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Support training efforts and contribute to the design and delivery of training programs.
**Key Requirements:**
- Minimum 8 years' experience in data processing within the market research industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Merlin, Quantum, or similar.
- At least 2 years' experience in team management.
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in data processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Experience in implementing change initiatives related to improving efficiency, changes in tools or software, or other changes in the working environment.
