Job Description:
As a Drainage Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our drainage systems. You will be responsible for conducting detailed assessments, performing maintenance and repairs, and implementing advanced drainage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct CCTV surveys to inspect and diagnose drainage systems.
Perform unblocking of drains using various methods and tools.
Carry out root cutting to remove obstructions in drainage systems.
Implement patching and lining techniques to repair and maintain drains.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide accurate and detailed reports on findings and work performed.
Collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and support.
Maintain equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Drainage Engineer with specific expertise in CCTV surveys, unblocking drains, root cutting, patching, and lining.
Strong knowledge of drainage systems and industry regulations.
Proficient in using relevant tools and equipment for drainage work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various sites.
