SalaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Drama Lecturer to join our team at a Further Education college in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students studying Drama at Further Education level. This is an ongoing temp role is, 2 days per week.
As a Drama Lecturer, you will be:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students studying Drama at Further Education level.
- Planning and delivering engaging and innovative lessons that inspire and challenge students.
- Developing and delivering schemes of work and lesson plans that meet the needs of individual learners.
- Providing pastoral support to students as required.
- Contributing to the development of the Drama curriculum and resources.
- Participating in the development and delivery of extra-curricular activities and events.
What we are looking for:
- A qualification in Drama or Performing Arts.
- A recognised UK teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
- Experience of teaching Drama at Further Education level.
- A passion for Drama and the ability to inspire and motivate students
