[School Name] is seeking a dynamic and passionate Drama Teacher to cover a maternity leave within our vibrant and supportive learning community. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Drama to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for Drama.
Assess and provide constructive feedback on student performance and progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and improvement of the Drama curriculum.
Organize and participate in school productions, drama clubs, and other extracurricular activities.
Maintain a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that enhances the overall learning experience.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience in teaching Drama at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Willingness to contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
