Responsibilities:

• Implement a dynamic drama curriculum in line with national standards
• Deliver engaging drama classes, fostering skill development in acting, improvisation, voice, and movement
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, aligning with our commitment to excellence
• Stay updated on drama education trends and participate in relevant training
• Ensure a safe environment for drama activities, following guidelines and contributing to our outstanding-rated school's commitment to student well-being

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Education, or related field
• Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) with QTS
• Experience in teaching drama, preferably in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of drama pedagogy and theatre history
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
