  • Design and execute impactful projects, ensuring quality and adherence to high standards.
  • Systematically analyse and synthesise information, forming robust conclusions and audience-targeted recommendations.
  • Produce high-quality, well-designed output, including technical reports and policy briefs.

What you\'ll need to succeed
This position is ideal for someone who has:

  • Good honours degree in a relevant field to policy innovation (e.g. politics, governance, law, international relations, international development, environmental sciences, environmental social sciences)
  • Proven experience in a role focused on policy, with hands-on experience in multilateral policy frameworks.

  • Sound working knowledge of at least one of the following: the Convention on Biological Diversity and its Protocols; other biodiversity-related conventions; other multilateral agreements or international processes.

What you\'ll get in return
The successful candidate will need to be in a commutable distance from Cambridge as there is some office presence required. The salary for this post is £35,000 - £40,000/annum, with benefits including up to 12% employer pension contribution, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holiday, plus Christmas closure days.
