Our Heathrow Hub are looking for two Driver Guard Security Apprenitces due to increase in workload.
About the role
By joining us as a Delivery Driver you will be at the front end of service delivery, collecting and delivering money and valuables. You will be the face of our business and will ensure that we maintain good customer relations and present a professional image. From secure money safes to intelligent smart safes, cash in transit and cash processing, Loomis supports businesses throughout the UK with crucial cash and coin collection and delivery services, along with ATM management and replenishment service.
Duties:

• To drive a Company vehicle and deliver a top-quality service to customers.
• Maintain vehicle checks and standards and report any defects prior to route commencement.
• Ensure that uniform is worn correctly at all times.
• Be vigilant both in respect of personal security and the Company and/or customer cash or valuables.
• Transport customer cash and coin deliveries and collections in accordance with instruction from line management and in accordance with Company procedure.
• Complete all associated documentation either electronically or manually as required.
• Comply with CVIT rules and regulations at all times.
• Comply with SIA licencing requirements.

• Undertake any other duties as and when necessary to ensure the role is carried out to the highest standards of professionalism to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy customer needs.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, legislation and regulations are always correctly followed and implemented.

Entry requirements
Desired Qualifications:
Preferably level 1 functional skills. If you don’t have this – this can be done as part of the apprenticeship.
You will need:

• Full Clean UK Driving License
• SIA License (Will be expected to obtain in the first 12 weeks of employment)
• No criminal record
• Over 18
• No adverse credit

Training to be provided
Professional Security Officer (Level2) Apprenticeship Standard.
The apprenticeship is a 12 month remote apprenticeship. You will be required to attend monthly Microsoft Teams tutor led sessions alongside completing projects, an online portfolia and off the job hours within your working hours on site.
Things to consider
Your apprenticeship is a 12 month duration and a portfolio must be built on to meet all knowledge, skills and behavior requirements for the apprenticeship standard. Full commitment is needed. The sites you could be based at are high security and require professionalism and codes of conducts followed at all times.
