Building Services are looking to recruit a highly motivated Driver/Labourers to join our existing voids team, in the preparation of void properties for reletting.

You should have experience of general labouring duties and should be capable of providing a high quality of labouring activities to support the service across all our properties. This will include emergency, routine, planned programmes and change of tenancy repairs in void properties.

You should be passionate about customer care, Health and Safety and take pride in the quality of your workmanship.

You will have the opportunity to participate in the councils out of hours emergency service. For this you will receive an additional payment.
