Single person allowance - Earn an extra 36.95 daily when you complete over 110 bins
Hours: Full time, 48 hours per week, Monday-Friday. 04:00am Starts with occasional Saturdays on a 10-week rota pattern. Flexible start times are essential.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle, working within a team to deliver a high standard of service to the residents of Northampton
  
• Ensuring the health and safety of all members of the public, visitors, staff and contractors at the site
  
• Ensuring that materials on site are recycled as much as possible
  
• Assisting the public, providing information, guidance and help to carry their waste and recycling when required and if safe to do so
  
• Attending any training deemed necessary for the role
  

What we're looking for:

• Cat C (Class 2) licence
  
• Driver CPC
  
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team and with the general public
  
• It would be desirable if you have experience as a recycling operative
