Job description

Driver Partner Experience Executive

We are currently representing a leading client in the transport and logistics sector who is searching for a committed Driver Partner Experience Executive to join their forward-thinking team. This role is instrumental in enhancing the day-to-day experience of their Driver Partners, by fostering seamless communication and support through the Driver Partner Portal and direct engagement. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Driver Partner Experience Manager and play a key role in upholding the company's commitment to efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Driver Partner Support:

    Deliver outstanding customer service to Driver Partners.
    • Manage the onboarding process for new Driver Partners, ensuring adherence to licensing requirements.
    • Handle the processes for temporarily disabling and disengaging Driver Partners as necessary.
    • Support Driver Partners with all relevant licensing documentation and promotional campaign effectiveness.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Driver Partners for non-portal queries and face-to-face interactions.
  • Service Excellence:

    • Coordinate weekly administrative tasks and liaise with the Services Team on financial adjustments.
    • Proactively contribute to service improvement through feedback and Zendesk ticket management.
    • Aid in the development and execution of Driver Partner marketing campaigns.
  • Compliance and Licensing:

    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate vehicle and licensing records in compliance with regulations.
    • Assist in resolving complaints and investigating potential fraud concerning Driver Partners.
  • Regional Development and Compliance:

    • Support regional event planning and business integration to boost demand and supply.
    • Embody the company’s 'Safety First' and data protection principles, ensuring strict adherence to legal and contractual obligations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication capabilities, both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with a professional demeanor.

Offered Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £22,386 per annum.
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00.
