Driver/Attendant

Ocean BMW Torbay is looking for a full-time Driver with Service Attendant responsibilities to join its high-performing team.

Your Role

• To control the movement and security of all vehicles on site ensuring the safety of our customers at all times.
• Ensure that vehicles are delivered to the workshop when needed.
• Collection and delivery of vehicles from customers homes or work premises.
• Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle ensuring that damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers wherever possible.
• Complete any relevant documentation with the customer where necessary.
• Chauffeur company personnel and/or customers where required.
• Collect/deliver small items where required.
• Ensure courtesy vehicles are prepared to a high standard and ready for our customers 
• Display an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to work

Your profile

The successful candidate for our Driver/Attendant vacancy will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.

You are well presented and polite with good communication skills. You hold a clean driving licence for a minimum of 3 years and have the right to work in the UK.

Rewards

Your hard work will be rewarded with 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays per year and company pension scheme.

You will work a 40 hour week Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch.
