Essential Skills and Experience
- A solid understanding of the issues affecting individuals with Drug and alcohol misuse.
- Experience in providing one-to-one support, advice, and information to clients.
- Ability to create and implement care plans, conduct risk assessments, and deliver structured interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Experience with care plans

- Previous experience working within a similar role or a charity environment is advantageous.
