Derivation and implementation of customer requirements for professional audio products or systems in the field of wireless transmission technology and audio technology for radio, television, live performances, shows and business communication.

Conception, simulation, implementation, integration and verification of algorithms and software modules in coordination with product managers for the digital processing of audio signals for products, systems and system components as part of the development process Efficient real-time implementation of the algorithms on floating point DSPs and their verification Evaluation, development and implementation of new technologies and processes including creation of necessary documentation in the field of digital audio signal processing from concept to series production Specification, construction and evaluation of suitable hardware and software platforms for real-time implementation of the algorithms, taking product requirements into account

What are we looking for

Successfully completed studies in communications engineering, hearing technology and audiology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Ideally, several years of professional experience and proven knowledge and experience in the field of signal processing, in particular with regard to algorithms and test methods for the development of complex audio DSP algorithms Very good knowledge of the programming languages & C / C++, VHDL, Matlab, Python and the hardware-related real-time implementation of algorithms (fixed & floating DSP and FPGA) Good knowledge in the field of digital hardware design and experience with relevant measurement technology is desirable Experience in the metrological and acoustic evaluation of audio signals Good written and spoken German and English skills for documentation and regular technical coordination Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and a strong passion for audio technology Independent and self-organized way of working Openness, curiosity and the will to constantly develop personally
