SHIFT PATTERN: Four week rolling rota, 26.5 HOURS PER WEEK

As a Dual Role Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Carry out basic repair and maintenance work, including replacing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues.
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are kept clean and presentable at all times.
- Respond to client requests and resolve any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain supplies inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are readily available.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for both employees and clients.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and furniture for events and special occasions.
