Job description

This role is working for a prestigious children’s charity and sits within the Prospect Development & Bid Management team in their Major Giving department. They are a small, supportive and fun team who provide expert due diligence, prospect management, identification and research services to the organisation’s fundraising departments.

The team also has a role to play in sharing insight and knowledge on the latest trends in philanthropy and corporate giving with the rest of the directorate, and in ensuring that their fundraising and research practices are compliant with sectoral regulations.

The role - what will you be doing?

  • You will gather and analyse information about prospective high value supporters, including individuals, corporate partners, and trusts. 
  • Using a number of external sources, you will present findings clearly and accurately, making use of your excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • They rely on high quality data. You will contribute to ongoing improvements to their business support and information systems by evaluating effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements.

  Key details:

  • Full-time, 6-month fixed term contract  
  • Salary £21,840 - £26,319 per annum plus London weighting or a homeworking allowance
  • Fully remote or hybrid working options available
