Duty Controller - Bath

The purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day bus operation, ensuring our service levels are met. You will be leading a dedicated team of drivers to ensure we provide the highest levels of customer service on all our brands; Air Decker, TooTbus & City Sightseeing.
You will have a passion for delivering a safe and punctual service for our customers.
A professional and calm approach together with strong communication skills both spoken and written are essential.

The successful applicants will need to display the following skills and qualities:
- Possess a UK driving licence (full PCV entitlement with a valid CPC)
- Excellent customer service skills and a team player
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- Smartly presented at all times with good timekeeping skills
