Duty Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for full time Duty Manager at our 4 star Hotel in Dunkeld.

Our four-star luxury hotel sits on 280 acres of well-maintained and natural woodland and overlooks the wide and fast-flowing River Tay. We have 98 bedrooms, gym, spa facilities and pool and a selection of conference and event facilities to accommodate weddings, private functions and business services.

The Role:

• Working across multiple departments this Duty Manager role gives you the chance to work as part of the Food & Beverage and Front Office teams.
• Assist with the smooth running of all customer facing departments - from working alongside the restaurant team, dealing with a busy reception check out period through to checking bedrooms with the Housekeeping Manager.
• Be a key point of contact for customers and team members.
• Ensure that all company processes and procedures are adhered to.
• You will become our Guest Relations Manager and part of this role is ensuring that all guest reviews and feedback are responded to in a timely and appropriate manner.

The Person:

• Will have a passion for working with the people and an enthusiastic attitude.
• Outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Will have strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• You will be a hands on manager with experience of working within a busy Food & Beverage Department.
• Experience in Guest Relations would be advantageous.
