iO Associates have partnered with a growing SME consultancy to find an Electrical Engineer to join them as they expand their capabilities with an existing National Security client.
The successful candidate will have experience as a Commercial Electrician or Electrical Engineer for a similarly secure site, and be comfortable with containment systems & data centres.
You will work both individually and as part of a team, with some customer facing elements, so some confidence in stakeholder management will be beneficial.

Due to the company winning a large amount of work, there are multiple roles available, so we are looking for multiple eDV Electrical Engineers to join this client.
 
You will be working on:
•    Data cabinet installations
•    Overhead and underfloor containment systems
•    IT infrastructure
•    Engaging key customer / client points of contact
 
You will have:
•    A relevant education in Electrical Engineering i.e. Full Apprenticeship & 18th Edition
•    History working as a commercial or industrial Electrical Engineer
•    Excellent problem-solving ability
•    Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and best practices
•    The ability to carry out inspections when required
•    Active, enhanced DV clearance
•    Desirable: Knowledge of EV charging units
