iO Associates are working with a well-known consultancy in the National Security Industry who are looking to bring on-board multiple, mid-level Project Managers into their Gloucestershire and London offices due to an influx in successful bids.
*Due to the secure nature of this client, all applicants will need to hold eDV/ UK*C clearance already*
For these roles, we welcome applications from those looking to take the next step into Project Management, for example if you have a strong experience within PMO or Project Support.
You will be well suited to the role(s) if;
- You are able to appreciate complex practical, technical, and commercial issues and to work with a broad range of stakeholders
- Lead project teams that are either local to you or distributed across multiple sites.
- Enable organisations to achieve maximum benefits from digital transformation and innovative operations.
- Lead your own work packages or Agile delivery teams.
- Have excellent communication, listening, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- You’ll be able to manage client relationships, engage constructively with multiple stakeholders and lead delivery teams.
- Enjoy turning your hand to new challenges and will be keen to learn, whilst also wanting to support others within our diverse multi-disciplinary teams.
