Please refer to the attached job description for more details - The main duties for this role are to- Work in partnership with DWP / JCP and other ETE agencies- Delivery training around substance misuse awareness to partnerships- Provide a minimum of 8 sessions of 1-1 support to adult mentees who are referred by either the DWP or other relevant partnerships and have substance misuse dependency- Create SMART action plans for mentees that can be shared with DWP- Support clients who have barriers to education, training and employment caused by substance misuse- Manage a small caseload of minimum 30 mentees per year if working full time hours.- Identify barriers to education, training and employment created by substance misuse- Engage in regular training, supervision and feedback
