Dynamics 365 Engineer

We're currently on the lookout for an experienced Dynamics 365 Engineer with a keen interest in making a different within an organisation. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is forward-thinking that can enhance the current technology department and make a difference to users.

They're a leader in their field with a large workforce committed to delivering high-quality products to big household-names across the country. Their products are the created with the latest technology and creative in design. This business is currently expanding across the EU & US with big plans to expand their IT function.

Description

This role reports directly to the Head of IT, you with contribute greatly to the enhancement and productivity of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the business and become a market expert who will work across various teams exploring break-fix and meeting the needs of the internal user base. This role includes but, is not limited to:

• Troubleshooting, resolving and maintaining Dynamics 365
• Collaborating with the technology team to improve system performance
• Providing technical support for Dynamics 365 users
• Documenting system changes and updates
• Working closely with the teams to understand their requirements and meet their needs
• Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to technology strategies
• Staying up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and industry trends

Profile

This role would suit an experienced IT Support Technician with excellent customer service who understands the user and can successfully interact with and support user requirements for Dynamics 365.
A successful Dynamics 365 Engineer should have:

• Experience in a 1-3rd line IT Support position
• Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent team working abilities
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirables:

• Experience in the retail or distribution industry
