Dynamics 365 F&O Tester

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 F&O Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) implementations. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive test plans to cover all aspects of D365 F&O functionality.
• Execute test cases and document results, including screenshots, logs, and detailed descriptions of any identified issues.
• Analyze test results, identify software defects, and report them using a bug tracking system.
• Collaborate with developers to understand the nature of defects, provide clear reproduction steps, and assist in debugging and resolution.

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure the system meets user requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 F&O updates, features, and functionalities.
• Maintain and update existing test scripts and documentation.
• Execute Test cases for other Legacy systems.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with D365 F&O or similar ERP systems.
• Previous experience working with a Finance department within the Retail sector.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, specifically test phases and bug reporting processes.
• Experience with test case design techniques, such as black-box and white-box testing.
• Familiarity with D365 F&O core modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) desirable
