The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant is available. The role involves implementing Dynamics 365 CRM and leveraging the Power Platform to maximize business value, advising on best practices, and ensuring optimal utilization of features.
Responsibilities:
Analyze client businesses to understand objectives and demonstrate how CRM adds value.
Conduct requirements gathering, write user stories, and advance business processes through identification, analysis, and re-engineering.
Manage and execute Dynamics CRM implementation, providing progress updates.
Facilitate project communication and uphold best practices during system implementation.
Deliver training workshops for CRM adoption at client sites.
Provide ongoing support post-system rollout.
Person Profile:
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, particularly Dynamics 365 modules like Customer Engagement, Customer Service, and Dynamics Marketing.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
Experience in medium to large-scale Dynamics implementations, focusing on online adoption and customizations for unique business processes.
Skilled in customizing CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, and dashboards.
Self-directed yet receptive to support when necessary.
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
Flexibility in work schedule to meet tight deadlines.
Relevant Microsoft certifications are required.
Work Experience:
Experience in the Not for Profit sector is highly desirable.
Delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
Proven consulting, business analysis, and requirements gathering skills.
Comprehensive experience in project lifecycle implementation.
Training experience for clients' internal IT/training teams.
Knowledge of Dataverse Data Migrations and Integrations with third-party systems.
Flexibility:
Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel to client sites, including occasional overnight stays.
