Dynamics Crm Technical Lead

Lawrence Harvey are currently working with a leading Charity who are currently on the lookout for a Dynamics CRM Technical Lead for the next 6-months (initially)

** Outside IR35 **
** Heavily remote position **

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on CRM Software functionality, data management and IT Business processes
• Ensure all assigned immediate development work, upgrades, and support requests are dealt with to agreed levels of service and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the non-functional requirements are delivered and supporting the delivery of functional requirements
• Supporting and assisting with other staff within the IT Applications team and across the IT department.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience (within last three years) in dynamics 365 implementation as a Technical Lead
• Experience in product ownership/leading CRM projects
• Previous experience in stakeholder management
• Good knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and architectures and implementing and delivering IT services
