Our client has an opportunity for a Dynamics Developer to join their IT Team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving their Dynamics Customer Service and Finance and Operations Systems.
The successful applicant will drive improvements to Tenant and colleague experience, as well as operational efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include:
Design, implement, support, and improve their Dynamics platforms
Contribute to the definition of roadmaps for their Dynamics platforms
Collaborate with Technology and Data team colleagues to proactively share Dynamics knowledge, best practices, remove single points of failure and support the development of teammates
Ensure effective technical controls are in place to safeguard their data
Keep up to date on new Dynamics related technologies and identify opportunities to apply them within the business to solve business problems
Build strong relationships with the Technology, Data and Change team and Dynamics stakeholders, and their Dynamics partners
Work with their Data team to implement Dynamics improvements that improve and maintain their data quality

Their ideal candidate will meet the below criteria:
Essential
Experience of Designing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, SCM, and CE
Azure DevOps experience
Experience developing architecture, technical and standard operating procedure documentation for Dynamics.
Experience designing, implementing, and managing Dynamics related infrastructure in Azure
Experience implementing data migrations to/from Dynamics
Solid experience of data modelling, database design and MSSQL, SSIS
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable
Experience in the following F&O/SCM modules:
General Ledger
Procurement and Sourcing
Purchase Ledger
Fixed Assets
Sales Ledger
Cash and Bank Management
Tax
F&O x++ development experience
Experience designing, implementing, and managing Dynamics related infrastructure in Azure
