This role is responsible for the management and growth of our e-commerce platforms.
Your e-commerce expertise and commerciality will help to grow our online presence. You will contribute to developing the e-commerce strategy and own the delivery of e-commerce activities on and off site including; weekly trading, CRM and back end management of Magento. This is a broad role in a small but growing team and a fantastic opportunity to scale your e-commerce experience with a leading beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities: E-commerce site management
Work closely with the Tweezerman brand team and our developers in New York to maintain and optimise UK site performance.
Manage the back end of the site in Magento and integration with other system technologies and fulfilment providers.
Onsite merchandising and content management, ensuring all product listings and digital assets are accurately and effectively presented.
Trading & Performance
Development and execution of the weekly trading plan to meet commercial objectives.
Oversee key activities to optimise traffic acquisition, conversion and the end-to-end user experience.
Weekly KPI reporting to internal and international stakeholders. Digital Marketing
Ongoing collaboration and integration with the marketing team to create site content including banners, landing pages and site assets.
Manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display and email marketing.
Analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
Required Skills:
You're inquisitive, methodical and detail orientated.
You have great communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and experience with site maintenance is a must.
Previous experience of Magento is preferred and you will be confident working with other online systems including Google products.
• You can demonstrate experience of delivering sales driving strategies.
