We're seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Growth Manager to optimise and expand our presence on Amazon, eBay, and B&Q. If you have a proven track record of increasing sales and enhancing marketplace performance, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise product listings on Amazon, eBay, and B&Q to maximise visibility and sales
- Continuously monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to stay ahead
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into international marketplaces
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare products for Prime status
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform listing optimisation decisions
- Manage a large portfolio of product listings with a keen eye for detail
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketplace performance
Ideal Candidate:
- 6+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
- Track record of successfully launching products on international marketplaces
- Experience with FBA and Prime listings on Amazon
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Passionate about e-commerce and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Not Suitable For:
- Those with less than 4 years of e-commerce marketplace experience
- Candidates who lack attention to detail and cannot manage a high volume of listings
- Individuals who are not comfortable with data analysis and making data-driven decisions

- Proven success in increasing sales and driving Marketplace Growth
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon, eBay, and B&Q best practices and requirements
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of listings
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
