E-Commerce Sales Administrator Up to £24,000 DOE Permanent Stoke on Trent
My client are an established and reputable organisation who are a leading manufacturer and distributer of specialist items. They are one of the area s biggest and most desirable employers in Staffordshire and across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales Administrator to join an established team and support with order processing, efficiency of orders and ensuring all client and customer data is accurately updated, maintained, and stored. The E-Commerce Sales Administrator will also be the first point of contact for order related queries and will be expected to resolve situations efficiently while providing the best customer support.
Duties to include:
  • Process orders from various accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Allocate stock in line with inventory and stock availability.
  • Arrange external shipments where necessary
  • Keep up to date with individual figures and understand margin reports and keep all relevant parties informed of these figures.
  • Review and manage delivery and shipping for orders, ensuring orders are shipped within specified timeframes and customers kept up to date at all times.
  • Liaison with other areas of the business i.e. with the warehouse to resolve any issues.
  • Manage backorders appropriately and ensuring full communication with customers and updating delivery dates as necessary.
  • Regularly review and take appropriate actions to resolve discrepancies.

In order to be considered for the role:
  • Previous experience in order processing and account management.
  • Proficiency in using a range of software including the Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Someone who will place the customer experience first and work to ensure a smooth end to end process. Someone who can identify anomalies quickly and resolve. Someone who will build relationships with suppliers and customers alike to provide the best possible experience. It would be of great benefit to have worked with a multifaceted customer base from B2B business clients, retail businesses and e-commerce.
