Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an E-learning Instructional Designer to join their team in Uxbridge on a temporary contract (35 hours per week - hybrid working).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop cutting-edge e-learning courses and modules tailored to the pharmaceutical industry's unique needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance
- Utilise instructional design principles and multimedia tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve e-learning offerings
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical sector
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
