Duties include:
- Diary Management for the CEO
- Organising meetings
- Planning CEO's travel & accomodation
- Takin minutes where required
Events duties include:
- Organising corporate events in the calendar, which involves conferences, talks, live events.
- These ould be from a small pull to large conferences working with the client services team to organise, lunches, attendees, hotels
- Sorting merchandise for the events
