SalaryPage Personnel is recruiting an EA within an Investor Relations team for an energy company based in the West End.
Client Details
They are an energy company in the west end. They are international with circa 1,800 in total. They are well established and have grown very successfully. The company operates on a hybrid working modal with 3 days a week in the office and 2 at home. Wednesday is a core office day.
Description
The role ins a new role for the IR team as they are now so busy. The role is to support the Head of IR and two senior team members who report into her.
You will support with diary management, travel booking. You will also look after roadshows and events. This role is a very meaty role and they are looking for someone who wants to be more involved with the IR team such as doing proof reading, presentation decks for the board and a lot of client liaison and management too. In time this role certainly has the potential to develop into a pure IR role and away from an EA role as the team continue to grow, so they can offer this is this is of interest.
Profile
You will:
- Have worked as an Executive Assistant within Investor Relations
- Will have excellent PP and Excel skills
- Be exceptionally organised
- Love Investor Relations and may wish to progress in this field
- Want to be part of a hard working and growing but really friendly team
Job Offer
£50,000 - £75,000 (dependent on the candidate)
