Our client is a leading Private Equity firm and is looking for someone professional and positive to join their thriving IR team, to cover this 14 month FTC maternity cover starting early September.
You’ll support a Partner and small team.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Diary management involving multiple internal and external parties, working across various time zones
- Organising team’s attendance at conferences
- Global travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, processing expenses
- Maintaining and updating contacts/CRM; PowerPoint presentations
- Organising events, maintaining trackers, producing reports
- Extensive relationship-building with Investors & Deal teams
- 4 days in and 1 working from home day
The skills you need to bring:
MD level PA / EA experience, ideally from a Private Equity firm
- Strong preference for PA experience gained from an Investor Relations division
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to be resilient, diplomatic and confident to use own initiative
- Positive self-starter
- Exemplary organisational and interpersonal skills
