A global insurance firm is looking for an experienced EA to act as a gatekeeper and righthand to the CEO and board members.
You will be actively involved in an office move from Sevenoaks to London and must be able to work in Sevenoaks for the first few months. (3/2 hybrid working)
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Providing EA support to the CEO
- Coordinating and preparing board packs and circulating to agreed deadlines
- Supporting the Executive team by collating documents, preparing correspondence, arranging meetings etc
- Managing the Outlook diary for the CEO
- Attending and taking minutes in meetings; reporting action points
- Collating and preparing monthly administrative and financial reports
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
- Event organisation for CEO and Executive Directors, with attendance as required
- Liaising with HR regarding holiday and attendance records
- Undertaking special projects
The skills you need to bring:
- EA/PA experience, ideally within financial services or regulated environment
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Confidence and diplomacy
- Ability to anticipate and act on requirements of board members
- Highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Discretion with absolute understanding of confidentiality
