We are working on a fantastic role for one of our favourite clients, an independent philanthropic global organisation. They are looking for a PA with a passion for the charitable sector to come and work for 3 of their Directors. The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced and complex environment. You must excel and enjoy being a righthand, possess strong interpersonal skills, and work effectively as part of a team. Professional judgement, ethical standards, confidentiality, and personal integrity are vital. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is fluency in English. The ability to work independently, self-motivation, and effective problem-solving skills are important. Additionally, a basic understanding of budget processes and numeracy is preferred.
- Serve as the main contact for Directors in their interactions with external and internal partners, grantees, and the peer community.
- Manage busy schedules, taking into account time differences across different regions.
- Organise and coordinate events, including team meetings, offsites, and high-level meetings.
- Arrange travel and handle visa requirements for the Directors and other team members.
- Assist with projects that align with the Foundation's objectives.
- Provide support to team members, such as setting up meetings, preparing documents, and making travel arrangements.
- Establish efficient systems and processes to track task delivery and allocate resources effectively.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including invoice processing and managing central administrative tools.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and local office management to ensure smooth office operations, assisting during busy periods or staff absences.
