THE COMPANY:
An exciting start up materials technology company based in Central London are looking for an EA to join the team on a permanent basis to support the CEO & COO.
THE ROLE:
The EA’s duties will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support including diary management and scheduling meetings
- Preparing correspondence, reports and presentations
- Organising travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare documents for meetings including agendas, taking minutes and distributing relevant materials
- Screening phone calls and acting as a gatekeeper
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience working as an EA supporting at C-suite level
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills able to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent eye for detail
