Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to a high-level staff member, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and preparing documents and presentations.
- Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Handle all administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining confidential information.
- Organise and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements, logistics, and materials are available.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- High attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Previous experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
