Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to a high-level staff member, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and preparing documents and presentations.
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Handle all administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining confidential information.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements, logistics, and materials are available.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
