This long established and highly successful investment company are searching for an EA to support their CEO.
A boutique environment around 20-25 people in the office you will enjoy being a part of a smaller social environment. There is 1 day WFH per week if preferred.
You will receive a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, discretionary bonus, pension, private medical and more.
You will assist the CEO 1:1 providing all administrative support to underpin his vital role in the business from extensive ever changing diary management, scheduling meetings, travel and transport links/accommodation, expenses management, business/corporate administration, liaison with external suppliers, onboarding and off boarding new hires and more. They also have other support staff for the C-Suite you will interlink with as a team to ensure the smooth running of the business.
To be considered you will ideally have experience in a similar role, have a willing can-do attitude, be articulate and well presented, be easily able to commute to Victoria. PA/EA experience is a must. Longevity much preferred on the CV. Private Equity; VC; Tech Investments; Real Estate Investments or similar industries is much preferred.
