EA to CFO – Abu Dhabi

Our client is looking for an EA to support the CFO in a fast-paced varied role.  They are seeking an EA to be the true right-hand support to the CFO.  This is an exciting and all-encompassing role where you must have experience supporting at a senior level.
Duties Include:
- Extensive diary management
- Expense management
- Travel coordination, including itineraries and visa applications
- Collating presentations / reports
- Communicate with stakeholders
- HR admin duties and being the go-to in the office
- Some personal tasks related to making the CEO’s life easier
- General administration and day-to-day duties
 
YOU ARE
 
To be successful in this EA role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment and have c-suite EA experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.
SKILLS
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communications
- Team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be discreet with confidential information 
- Personable, loyal, professional
 
Requirements 
- 3-5 years working as an EA
- Must have c-suite level EA experience
- Longevity in a corporate environment supporting at a senior level
- Fluent business level English desirable Arabic
- Must be living in the UAE and have experience working in the Middle East
