EA to COO of Revolutionary Renewables Company

This charming, supportive, engaging COO is looking for a right-hand EA to support him in all areas of his remit across this revolutionary, small, but fast-growing, privately owned renewable energy company. Working from their beautiful offices in the heart of Mayfair, you will be a central cog in the smooth running of the company, which has varied projects across the globe and government level involvement. With a huge remit of duties, you will gain 360 degree exposure across the business, requiring a jack of all trades, who enjoys spinning numerous plates at the same time. I am looking for an experienced candidate who can assume ownership of managing various business functions, which will include investor and shareholder support, compliance and extensive legal duties, liaising at Board level, helping with PR and media, contact and relationship management alongside broader support duties for the London team. A legal or private equity background would be useful. This is a small, close-knit, passionate and internationally diverse team and I need a proactive, experienced EA, who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and helping out wherever needed.
