Our client works with consumer-facing industries including fashion, lifestyle, travel, technology, and the arts, placing the very best candidates with some of the most exciting companies around the world. Joining a tight-knit and collaborative team, EAs are at the heart of this business, playing an integral external facing role, while being pivotal to the smooth running of the administration side of each search. This EA role will be supporting two Directors within Fashion & Luxury, and Retail, while also providing vital cover to other senior team members, therefore offering fantastic exposure across all sectors, and becoming a real go-to person in the team. Typical EA duties include diary and inbox management, travel arrangements, preparing presentations and reports, leading the coordination and delivery of each search project, business development support, client liaison, event planning, and more – these roles are extremely varied and exciting, perfect for an EA who loves to busy and take on a varied and challenging position!
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within executive search, as well as the ability to be both reactive and proactive, think on their feet, as well as being highly organised, a strong communicator and team player.
